1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 6sixe ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the 6sixe online gaming platform accessible at https://6sixe.net and any associated mobile browser interface (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the 6sixe account registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their contents;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms as a condition of your continued access to and use of the Platform;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other individual or entity;
• All information you provide to 6sixe during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and current.

6sixe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation into another language for convenience purposes, the English text shall prevail.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

Access to and use of the 6sixe Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any bet on the 6sixe Platform. 6sixe operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and permanently, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made by the underage user will be returned to the originating payment method after verification, subject to the deduction of any amounts that cannot be recovered from the game providers.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law at the time you access and use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 6sixe makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any particular location.

2.3 Verification

6sixe reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, and at any other point during your account lifecycle. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or such other government-issued photo identification as 6sixe may accept at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension, withdrawal refusal, or permanent account closure.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 6sixe Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same player will be suspended, bonuses and winnings generated from any bonus funds on the duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the matter will be reviewed in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the 6sixe Platform you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile telephone number, and your preferred payment method. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed accurately. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will be assigned or will create a username and password that together constitute your account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 6sixe will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 6sixe that requests your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 6sixe support immediately and change your password without delay. 6sixe strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from within their account security settings. Enabling 2FA provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping the information associated with your account current and accurate. If your email address, mobile number, or payment method details change, you must update your account profile promptly. 6sixe cannot be held responsible for failed communications, unprocessed withdrawals, or verification delays that result from outdated or inaccurate account information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6sixe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following locally integrated payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at 6sixe's discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name; use of payment methods registered in another person's name is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 6sixe account balance within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There are no deposit fees charged by 6sixe; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 6sixe's control. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to additional processing time depending on your card issuer.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes. Withdrawals to other accepted payment methods may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — see Section 5);
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 6sixe account;
• 6sixe reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-value;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.4 Currency

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts on the 6sixe Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent BDT amounts. No currency conversion takes place within the Platform. Players are not exposed to foreign exchange risk in respect of their 6sixe account balance.

4.5 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in respect of a 6sixe deposit without first contacting 6sixe support to attempt resolution is a material breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed, 6sixe reserves the right to suspend the associated account, reverse any winnings generated from the disputed funds, and pursue recovery of any resulting financial loss through appropriate legal channels.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Policy

6sixe offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar and local cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this Section 5. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general policy, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds (or the combined bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the applicable promotion) before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, the eligible games, maximum bet limits per round while a bonus is active, and the bonus expiry date will all be clearly stated in the promotion terms before you opt in. You are strongly encouraged to read promotion terms in full before claiming any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following restrictions apply to all bonus funds on the 6sixe Platform:

• Maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus is active: ৳500 (or the equivalent as stated in the promotion terms);
• Only games marked as eligible within the promotion terms contribute to wagering requirements; table games, live dealer games, and certain high-volatility slots may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate;
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the bonus expires before wagering requirements are met;
• 6sixe reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting, low-risk accumulator strategies designed to complete wagering with minimal risk, or use of multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once;
• Players who have requested or are subject to responsible gaming limits that prevent full participation in a promotion may have their bonus adjusted or cancelled.

5.4 Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion. 6sixe does not retroactively apply bonuses to deposits that were made before a promotion was activated on your account. Once a bonus has been claimed and is active, it cannot be reversed or exchanged for cash. If you wish to forfeit an active bonus, contact support — forfeiting a bonus will result in the loss of both the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play and RNG

All casino games available on the 6sixe Platform are provided by licensed and certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Every game uses independently tested and certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games reflect the figures certified by the game provider's independent testing laboratory. 6sixe does not alter, override, or manipulate game outcomes or RTP settings under any circumstances.

6.2 Betting Rules — Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the 6sixe sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published within the sportsbook interface. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with our standard settlement rules for the applicable sport. Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement; 6sixe reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined due to data feed delay.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, connectivity failure, or incorrectly displayed odds or game outcome, 6sixe reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. No compensation will be paid for inconvenience arising from technical issues outside 6sixe's reasonable control. Wins generated as a result of an obvious pricing error — for example, a match offered at grossly incorrect odds due to a data feed fault — may be voided at 6sixe's sole discretion.

6.4 Responsible Gambling During Gameplay

Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard — including deposit limits, session loss limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods — before and during gameplay. Players who feel that their gambling behaviour may be causing harm should contact support at [email protected] or visit the Responsible Gaming page to initiate self-exclusion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6sixe Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and dishonesty: Providing false information at registration or during KYC verification; using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods; impersonating another person or entity.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or different identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Employing strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to collusion with other players, systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising actual gambling risk, and coordinated account farming.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players in live games or sports betting in a manner that unfairly disadvantages other players or the Platform, including chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Money laundering: Using the 6sixe Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. 6sixe maintains anti-money-laundering controls and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes without first attempting resolution through 6sixe support.
• Software manipulation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, screen-scraping tools, or any technical mechanism that provides an unfair advantage or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, pricing mistake, or software bug to generate winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 6sixe account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of account closure. Account closure requests are processed within one business day.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling on the 6sixe Platform for a defined or indefinite period for responsible gaming reasons, you may initiate a self-exclusion via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from three months to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended — you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Your account history and real-money balance will be preserved. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. 8.3 Suspension or Closure by 6sixe

6sixe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct;
• Detection of underage gambling;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see 8.4);
• Receipt of a self-exclusion notice from a player.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 6sixe will notify the account holder via their registered email address. Investigations will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation and settlement of any outstanding liabilities.

8.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed for a continuous period of 12 months. 6sixe will send an email notification to the registered address 30 days before the account is reclassified as dormant. A dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to any remaining balance from the point of reclassification. Balances will not be reduced below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
